1. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You sign in using a magic link or a third-party provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and email, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. We may update, change, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or these Terms;
- Access the Service through automated means (scraping, bots) or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law;
- Upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive;
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
5. Your content
The meals, notes, and other content you add remain yours. You grant Quads Lab LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and stamp artwork (excluding your content and third-party trademarks), is owned by Quads Lab LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you. Product names, logos, and brands referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners.
7. Menu, nutrition, and informational disclaimer
PastaPass displays restaurant menu items, combinations, pricing, and nutrition estimates for informational and entertainment purposes only. This information is a point-in-time snapshot, varies by location, and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. It is not medical, dietary, nutritional, or allergen advice. Always verify menu items, ingredients, pricing, and allergen information directly with the restaurant before making decisions, especially regarding food allergies or dietary restrictions.
8. Not affiliated with Olive Garden
PastaPass is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Olive Garden® or Darden Restaurants, Inc. All third-party trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to refer to those parties’ products and services.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on and integrates with third parties (including Google, Apple, Railway, and Resend). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim liability arising from them.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUADS LAB LLC AND ITS OWNERS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quads Lab LLC and its owners and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Quads Lab LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Quads Lab LLCregarding the Service.
